Goals/Objectives  Learn how to challenge and motivate your math students with this two-day workshop. Participants will examine the characteristics of learner-centered classrooms through dialogue, video clips, and selected readings.
Description  This highly interactive session is ideal for teachers who want to transform their practice, but struggle with creating a vision for a learner-centered classroom. We provide practical, research-based guidance for creating classrooms that build on students’ prior knowledge, motivate them to learn, and differentiate instruction based on their learning needs.
