McREL's research on principal leadership, which addresses all the dimensions of effective leadership, is the foundation for our Balanced Leadership Institutes. McREL offers a series of two-day professional development sessions in which practitioners learn about and apply the leadership responsibilities and practices identified in School Leadership that Works: From Research to Results.
