It is the ongoing policy and practice of McREL to provide equal opportunity in employment to all employees and applicants. We prohibit unlawful discrimination against applicants or employees on the basis of age 40 and over, race (including traits historically associated with race, such as hair texture and length, protective hairstyles), sex, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, military or veteran status, marital status or any other applicable status protected by state or local law.

The policy of equal employment opportunity (EEO) shall apply to all terms, conditions, and privileges of employment, including hiring, probation, testing, training and development, promotion, transfer, compensation, benefits, educational assistance, termination, layoffs, social and recreational programs, and retirement. McREL is committed to making employment decisions based on valid requirements, without regard to age, race, sex, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, military or veteran status, marital status or any other applicable status protected by applicable law. McREL analyzes its personnel actions rigorously to ensure compliance with this policy.

Pay Transparency Policy Statement

McREL will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c)
