Goals/Objectives  

McREL's Success in Sight program is designed to help schools not only raise student achievement in the short term, but also engage in long-term, continuous improvement efforts that sustain and build on past achievements.
Description  McREL's school improvement program balances clear, research-based guidance on what to do to improve student achievement with a five-stage process designed to create "purposeful" school communities that are focused on helping all students succeed.
Target Audience  McREL's Success in Sight program is targeted to all schools in need of improvement.
