Evaluation
Effective evaluations that produce useful information for school leaders should not be afterthoughts; they should be integral to the program planning and implementation processes from the outset. A well-designed evaluation should, at a minimum, provide for measuring progress at appropriate intervals, interpreting data accurately and reporting results to stakeholders in formats that are easy to understand.
