Bronze Package

This 2-day, hands-on workshop is delivered
on-site by a McREL facilitator.

In addition to the 2-day workshop, when you select the Bronze Package, you will

Engage in an in-depth examination of the research supporting the strategies
Conduct, record, and debrief a classroom walkthrough
Install the software and template
Upload, view, edit, print, and delete walkthroughs
Create reports

A McREL facilitator also provides

Coaching and implementation planning
Instruction on how to create and modify templates
Guidance on how to add teachers and staff to your database

Silver Package

This package adds a workshop for teachers on Classroom Instruction that Works strategies, plus two 2- or 3-day district visits during the school year.

In addition to the services in the Bronze Package,

A McREL facilitator conducts Power Walkthroughs with principals and debriefs with both principals and observers.
The facilitator meets with district leadership to review implementation and plan next steps.
The superintendent receives a summary report.
Teachers attend an on-site workshop on the CITW content.

Gold Package

This package adds coaching for school leaders to ensure inter-rater reliability when they conduct Power Walkthroughs.

In addition to the services in the Silver Package, you receive the following:

One additional on-site district visit to monitor inter-rater reliability and overall implementation
Monthly online inter-rater reliability checks
A website for posting a short, monthly classroom video that your district creates
An electronic observation form for district viewers and a McREL facilitator to rate each monthly video
A monthly report for the superintendent containing the following:
- Aggregate data for all observers in the district and how that compares to McREL’s rating of the same video
- Each observer's rating of the video as compared to the district aggregate and McREL’s rating
- A narrative summary with suggestions for next steps, as indicated by the data
