Service Description:
During this three-year leadership consortium, McREL provides a series of 10, two-day professional development sessions to help practitioners learn and apply the leadership responsibilities and practices identified in our research as having an effect on student achievement. Together, these sessions make up the four components of the Balanced Leadership Framework®. The Consortium brings together school leadership teams from across a state, a region, or a district. McREL provides the resource materials, consultation, site visits, and an evaluation study.
