Transform early childhood education in your district by developing in-house expert teachers who serve as coaches and mentors for others.

Key Ideas:

Through intensive one-on-one training and coaching, McREL trains teachers in your district to perform "total classroom makeovers," creating classrooms that serve as models (e.g., in room design, activities, curriculum, and instruction), which, in turn, other teachers visit to learn how to improve their own practice through coaching and guidance from their colleagues.
