Service Description:

This program focuses on instruction and leadership, combining Classroom Instruction that Works with English Language Learners with our Balanced Leadership program. A one-day introduction session, which provides an overview of the academy content, is also available.

• How to teach vocabulary as an instructional strategy to improve ELL achievement
• How to create a “purposeful community” in your school—one that is committed to the success of every ELL student
• How to lead change, share leadership, and use data to reflect on and sustain improvement efforts.
