McREL Communications & Web teams earn creative awards

Denver—The McREL Communications and Web teams have earned four awards from two international organizations for two McREL publications and the company Web site.
The 2008 Products & Services Catalog won two prizes: a platinum award from the Hermes Creative Awards and an Award of Distinction from the Communicator Awards. The Fall 2007 issue of the magazine Changing Schools also received an Award of Distinction from the Communicator Awards. McREL's Web site earned a gold Hermes Award for Overall Web Site Design.
The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional materials and programs and emerging technologies. They are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.
The Communicator Awards are judged and overseen by the International Academy of the Visual Arts and recognize creative excellence in advertising, corporate communications, public relations, and identity work.
