As a principal consultant for McREL, Mel provides Balanced Leadership® training and consultation to a diverse client base. In this capacity, he was appointed team leader, researcher, and writer for the leadership section of the Stupski Literature Review Project. In 2008, his article on the power of professional development was published in McREL’s Changing Schools magazine.
