Carolyn is the chief strategy officer at McREL. She supports the organization through strategic planning and by managing several large projects addressing current problems of practice and broader issues in education. Prior to joining McREL, Carolyn was director of operations at a Denver-area elementary school. She holds an M.A. in genetics from Colorado State University and a Ph.D. in education leadership and policy studies.
