As a principal consultant, Anne supports schools, districts, and state departments with professional development activities that develop highly qualified teachers. Anne is a former president of the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) and spent 30 years teaching high school science, including environmental science, biology, chemistry, Earth science, and marine science. In addition to writing several books and articles, Anne also worked on the program planning team to revise the 2009 NAEP Framework for Science.
