In his role at McREL’s Pacific Center for Changing he Odds, Rich will help manage the REL Pacific contract. Rich brings to his role a wide range of experience in education policy, including serving as program director and adjunct professor in education policy at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and as president of Emergent Policy and Systems in Honolulu. He earned his doctorate in education policy from the University of Southern California and holds a master’s in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh (PA).
