Pam provides guidance to education systems—comprehensive centers, school systems, state and national organizations, unique populations, and international systems—on what matters most in the pursuit and delivery of high-quality education. Prior to joining McREL, Pam served as the director of Grants and Contracts for the University of Colorado Denver and Anschutz Medical Campus where she was responsible for the management and fiscal compliance of research grants and contracts. She holds a doctorate in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver, a master’s degree in applied communication from the University of Denver, and a bachelor’s in health and physical education from Colorado State University. She has also participated in post graduate study at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, focused on performance management of non-profit organizations.
