As a senior researcher in early learning at McREL, Carrie develops research designs and instruments; manages databases; analyzes data; synthesizes research findings into reports or other internal and external communications; writes research reports, articles, and presents study findings; conducts literature reviews; and develops proposals. Prior to joining McREL, she was an evaluator with the Department of Accountability, Research, and Planning, with the Jefferson County Public Schools in Louisville, Kentucky. Carrie holds a Ph.D. in experimental psychology from the University of Louisville.
