As a senior director at McREL, Sheila evaluates pre- and in-service teacher professional development programs, NASA-sponsored informal science education initiatives, after-school programs, and evaluations of curricular materials. She has extensive knowledge of research design, program evaluation, and theory. Sheila has fourteen years of basic and applied research experience working in a variety of settings.
