Study identifies impact of school principal training program

This article in Texas A&M University's online newspaper highlights findings from the Balanced Leadership study conducted by Roger Goddard, principal investigator and director of the Education Leadership Research Center at the university, and a team of Texas A&M and University of Michigan researchers. The study found that Balanced Leadership has the potential to create long-term changes in principals’ job performance, school climate, teacher practice, and student learning.
